Terms of Service for Trial Application

Issued by: Third Paradigm (Ningbo) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Third Paradigm")

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all your activities in submitting a trial application for M3EM Studio software through the https://third-paradigm.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Submitting an application constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Application Eligibility and Rules

2.1 Enterprise User Limitations

Trial applications are only open to enterprises, research institutions, or universities with legal business qualifications. Applications from individual users or non-commercial purposes may be rejected.

2.2 Information Authenticity Guarantee

You warrant that all application information submitted (including but not limited to company name, unified social credit code, contact position, project requirements description) is true, accurate, and complete. It is strictly prohibited to submit applications using false identities, fictitious company information, or invalid contact methods. If false applications are discovered, we have the right to:

• Immediately reject or terminate trial eligibility;
• Add relevant entities to a blacklist;
• Reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

3. Information Use Authorization

3.1 Sales Contact Authorization

You expressly agree and authorize that: submitting a trial application constitutes permission for Third Paradigm's sales team and technical support personnel to contact you via the phone number, email address, or enterprise communication tools you provided, for the purpose of:

• Verifying application information and enterprise qualifications;
• Communicating trial product configuration and technical requirements;
• Providing product demonstrations, quotations, and business consultations.

3.2 Relationship with Privacy Policy

These Terms explicitly authorize our business intent to proactively contact you; while the Privacy Policy regulates how we collect, store, and protect your personal information. Together they constitute a complete user agreement system.

4. Review Rights and Process

4.1 Discretionary Review Rights

We reserve the complete and sole right to decide whether to approve any trial application without providing reasons for rejection to the applicant, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The applicant's industry does not match the product application scenarios;
• Technical requirements exceed the current product support scope;
• Application volume exceeds the current server capacity;
• Suspected competitors or commercial conflicts exist;
• Other situations not meeting internal review standards.

4.2 Review Timeline

We will conduct preliminary review within 1~2 working days after receiving complete application materials and notify the review result via email or phone. Applicants who do not pass the review may resubmit their application after 30 days.

5. Anti-Spam and Fair Use

5.1 Prohibition of Automated Applications

The use of crawlers, scripts, automated tools, or manual bulk registration to submit applications is strictly prohibited. Each enterprise entity may only submit one application through a single valid account; duplicate applications will be deemed invalid.

5.2 Prohibition of Disruptive Behavior

Technical means shall not be used to interfere with the normal operation of the application system, including but not limited to: SQL injection, DDoS attacks, brute force cracking of verification codes, etc.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

6.1 Confidentiality of Application Information

For commercial sensitive information such as technical requirements, project background, and design pain points (hereinafter referred to as "Project Information") filled in your application form, we commit to:

• Using it only for evaluating trial feasibility and preparing technical solutions;
• Not disclosing it to any third party unless with your written authorization or as required by laws and regulations;
• Adopting protection measures equivalent to our own trade secrets.

6.2 Intellectual Property Ownership

The intellectual property rights of project information and related technical materials you submit remain yours. However, we reserve the right to conduct statistical analysis based on anonymized requirements for product improvement.

6.3 Mutual Confidentiality Obligations

During the trial application communication period, if we disclose unpublished product features, roadmaps, or business strategies to you, you shall also bear equivalent confidentiality obligations and shall not disclose them to third parties or use them for non-evaluation purposes.

7. Disclaimer

• This service is only a trial application channel and does not constitute a commitment to provide trial services;
• We are not responsible for information loss or review delays caused by network delays or system maintenance;
• You should ensure that submitted information does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or trade secrets.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will take effect 7 days after being published on the website. If you do not agree with the modified content, you should stop using the application service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the location of Third Paradigm.
